HISTORY OF WALTERS WEB DESIGN

We designed our first website December 3rd, 2004, the website was WaltersMotorsports.com. We launched the site because our race team needed some way to help promote our sponsors and share team information with our sponsors, family, and fans. We spent countless hours updating that website and learning new things as well for just under a year. After working extra overtime doing research on web design companies and how to start a service driven company we decided to take it one step further and design websites for clients.

Walters Web Design Baby Blue LogoOn August 15th, 2005, we released our first client website. That website was Team UG Motorsports, a website that is now shut down. The 10 page website was put together for a total of around $50. The website is nothing compared to what we are able to do today. It was basically an all text website that had no real design built into it. We were determined to learn more about the artistic side of website development and today we put out the most unique and professional artwork we can produce, nothing but the best work will be released.

Back in 2005, we were constantly redesigning our first website WaltersMotorsports.com in order to get better at what we were wanting to do and point our company in the correct direction. After countless hours of work, rebuilding the website 5 times in a single year we were finally reaching a point where our work was far beyond all our past designs and we knew we were heading in the right direction.

After a new WaltersMotorsports.com was released in 2005, business quickly picked up. Over the next 12 months we released 15 new client websites and grew 1,500% in a single year. We were constantly changing our system to try and adapt to the rapid growth rate, as everything from billing to client information was still done with a pencil and paper. So, almost the same way we started Walters Web Design with countless hours of research, we began writting scripts and creating a database to help control the paperwork side of the company.

This database greatly increased productivity and it is actually the same system minus a few major tweaks that we use today. It has allowed us to take on an unlimited number of customers and still keep our 48 hour website update guarantee. We have continued to stay up to date on all our websites and keep a very customer friendly relationship with all our customers. At the same time it has allowed more time for research and development allowing us to be artistically better than our competition. These are two things that have held this company growing strong since the day we opened for business. Walters Web Design will continue to get better and faster at our job, there is no end to our performance and company growth.

Today, Walters Web Design has GROWN OVER 50 WEBSITES STRONG. We are able to put just about any type of design you want on your website and we have continued to hold our very affordable prices. Why? We feel we should support our customers in every way we can. Walters Web Design has a 48 hour website guarantee (or it's FREE) which gives our customers security and professionalism most web designers simply can't offer.

Our Company Today

Walters Web Design has been in business since 2004, we have come on long way with our web designs as well as design technology since then. Today our sites are built much differently than they were in the beginning. We take great pride into every site we build. We quickly figured out word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising around and as a result we feel the need to put every bit of effort into every minute of our work.

The First Website (December 3rd, 2004)

It all started December 3rd, 2004 as a way to help promote our sponsors and our race team. We found web design as the answer ,so we published www.WaltersMotorsports.com. It was a nice way for our friends, family, and fans to catch up on all the team news. As you can see our first website is nothing compaired to what we are able to accomplish today.

The First Client Website (August 15th, 2005)

Our very first customer website was for Team UG Motorsports (www.TeamUGMotorsports.com) a website that has since been shut down. The site was released on August 15th, 2005 almost a full year after building our first website. We have come a long way since the early years as you can see from the early website screenshots and will continue to improve on both our website designs and web design technology and do our best to stay ahead of our competition for the sake of our clients.
