Q: How do I get started with a website preview?
A: We make this as simple as possible for you with little to no effort from our new customers like you. All you need to do is simply visit our Website Preview Request Page and follow the easy steps. We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the low payment of $12.50 (FREE for Limited Time) with your new site design link. We look forward to working with you.
Q: Are there any additional fee's other than the one's posted on your website?
A: There is only one simple answer to this question. NO. We also offer discounts to almost anyone that has some kind of partnership to offer.
Q: How much do you charge to maintain a website, do you offer any discounts?
A: We have a very unique way of charging for maintenance. However, I can almost guarantee you we are one of the cheapest in the country. We also offer discount to almost anyone that has a way to give us advertising in return. This is a discount toward the site design and maintenance.

a) ITEM CHART: Sadly, most webmasters charge maintenance on your website by the hour and it is usually between $40-$100 per hour. Not only is that expensive in a very short period of time but you the customer has no idea how much work they actually put into it. The worst part of the whole thing is you will have no idea what a website will cost to update or you will have to get a quote every time you want to update your site.
We do things much DIFFERENT, we charge per item. We have designed a chart listing almost everything we do to maintain our websites with an item price. This means before you even call or send us an email with website update information you will know what it is going to cost you just from taking a quick look at the chart. We can guarantee you will be surprised on how cheap we actually are on our website maintenance. Maintenance does not start until the site is released to the public, usually by a press release. You can get this chart very easy, all you need to do is contact us and we will be happy to send it to you via email or snail mail along with some additional information. You are able to switch between maintenance options if you are a new or old customer. However, you may only switch maintenance options one time per year and keep the option chosen for 9 or more months before being able to switch options again.
b) MONTHLY FEE: THIS OPTION IS FOR TEAMS THAT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE VERY FREQUENT WEBSITE UPDATES SERVERAL TIMES A WEEK WITH A LARGE UPDATE EACH TIME SUCH AS POSTING 30 OR MORE PHOTOS AFTER EACH RACE WEEKEND. THIS OPTION IS NOT JUSTIFIED FOR MOST TEAMS. With option B you get unlimited website updates for just $39.50 a month. Get billed at the beginning of each quarter (every 3 months) a set fee monthly fee of $39.50(x3). The bill will cover the following 3 months maintenance of your website. The first maintenance bill will be one month after the purchase of the domain name, the first month is FREE. You are able to switch between maintenance options if you are a new or old customer. However, you may only switch maintenance options one time per year and keep the option chosen for 9 or more months before being able to switch options again. Prices are BEFORE team sponsorship discount. Option B is only available on race team websites.

Q: How long will you take to maintain my website & What is the 48 Hour Guarantee?
A: We have picked up many customers who are tired of their old web designer. They could not get them to update the site on a weekly basis. You will NEVER have that problem with us. During the week we can almost guarantee your site will be updated 24 hours or less (normally about an hour) after you send us the information that you would like posted on the site or the changes you would like to be made. We strongly enforce our 48 Hour Website Update GUARANTEE. This means we will update your site within 48 hours of the of you sending us the information. We are also able to update your site while we are on the road. This is far better than most other web design firms as many will not touch a computer during their weekends. That is why we pick up all their lost customers. However, there are still some dates that are either hard or impossible for us to get to a computer thus the 48 Hour Guarantee is void on these dates, for a list of these dates a little more info please click here.
Q: Do you only design driver or racing websites?
A: No, we can design and maintain a website for any of your needs. Please visit the "Our Work" page. This page shows you all the sites we have uploaded to the web, you will see a few company sites and we have about 5 more company sites on the way. We are also very happy to design a track website. We really like to do these website's and they can also receive a discount just like the race teams.
Q: Do you offer any form of website statistics?
A: Yes, Walters Web Design offers FREE statistics on every website we build. Website statistics will give you a lot of important information on the traffic to your website as well as content.
