Planning of their racing weekends is one of the biggest hassles teams deal with today. Teams could be putting the time spent booking hotel rooms, making plans for places to eat, and the worst of all directions into other things like their cars or family. Using The Travel Connection this is all taken care of for them and they will have more time for the more important things. The New website (www.RacingTeamTravel.com) will be updated every week by Shane Walters of Walters Web Design for Travel Connection customers to get information about upcoming events as well as many other things. Each week the front page will have a new Featured Hotel of the Week which will be the main hotel for the upcoming race weekend. Clicking on the hotel of the week will link them to more information about the hotel they will be staying in. This will allow customers to get as much information as possible before leaving town. How to get started with The Travel Connection? Let them know how many rooms you need and for which nights. Provide them the teams Credit Card Information which is placed on file and will be used to book your teams rooms. Reservations will be made, and we will email you on the Monday of the race week with all of your hotel information. Included: Hotel name, address, phone, and contact. How many rooms and the nights you will be staying. The name that the rooms are held under. The rate, Confirmation #'s, & Cancellation notice. The best part of all Directions & Dinning Information.
