The simplest and fastest way to get started on your new website is to fill out our Website Preview Request Form. We will usually contact you within a few hours, 48 hours at the most of receiving the form with a link to view your FREE WEBSITE PREVIEW as well as information on your SPONSORSHIP DISCOUNT. It's that easy.

1) Pick your website package. Other web designers choose to charge on the quality of design work, at Walters Web Design we want each of our sites to be better than the last and as a result the only difference between our packages is limited to the number of pages.
2) Send us a little information on your company or race team, a few pictures and/or logos, and a list of the page names and we will have a website preview generated for you to look at within 48 hours.
3) Get your sponsorship quote. Every race team will receive a sponsorship discount. This means you can guarantee your price will always be less than the listed prices on this page. A lot less in most cases.
4) Once we tune your site preview to the way you like it. Then it is time to start filling in the website content. Once that is completed it's already time to release the finished product. The site should have everything you want to see on your website at this point. We can make as many FREE changes as you want once the site is up on the web to get it exactly the way you want it.
The day the site is released we will put together a FREE press release regarding the debut of your new website and send the press to many forms of media. Most new websites will see 700+ visitors in the first week from our PR work done for your website.
You won't be required to make a full payment for the site design until the site is totally complete and ready for release. However, we will not be able to release the site until we receive full payment.

The first step to getting your brand new website is picking your web design package. Other web designers choose to charge on the quality of design work, at Walters Web Design we want each of our sites to be better than the last and as a result the only difference between our packages is limited to the number of pages. For example, Package A lists 1-5 pages, this means you can only have a total of 5 main sections on your navigation bar (ex. Home, Our Work, Pricing, News and Contact). Once you have picked the package that best fits your needs you can then move on to your Website Preview (see step 2).

The Website Preview is the best part of the whole web design process. All you need to do is submit the Website Preview Request Form along with as much information about the website you would like to have designed. Generally this includes a small amount of info on your company or race team, a few photos or logos and a list of pages you would like.
After we receive this information we can generally have your Website Preview put together within a few hours, 48 hours at the most. We will then send you a link to view your FREE WEBSITE PREVIEW as well as information on your SPONSORSHIP DISCOUNT. A website preview is the best way to find out if a website is really something you would like and if we are the right people to do it.

GET QUOTE / DISCOUNT (STEP 3)
While we have most everything listed as package pricing that does not mean you will not get a few discounts on top of that regular site design cost. For example, we sponsor every race team we have ever worked with. If you are a driver or part of a race team, simply send us a list of team/driver accomplishments along with a few photos and we will be able to give you some information on the discount that will be offered to your team.
Business websites are not eligible for a sponsorship.
FINISHED PRODUCT (STEP 4)
The best and most important part of designing a website is the finished product. By the time we get to this step you have already seen the preview and probably made a few changes to it until you are happy with the design. Once you are happy with the FREE preview design you are now ready to put the entire site on the web. We will usually have the website published on the web and completed with the page content provided by you within a short 24-48 hours after you have seen the website preview design.
The site should now have everything you want to see on your website and be ready for release. MAINTENANCE OF YOUR NEW WEBSITE
We offer unlimited maintenance on your website for the low cost of $33/month. This means you can update the site content as many times as you feel necessary and pay the same flat rate avoiding any surprise bills that are common with other website development firms. Not only does the monthly rate cover maintenance costs but it also includes one complete website rebuild per year to keep your website looking fresh and up to date with design technology year after year. This service price also includes domain and hosting charges which are required to launch your website.
You are also able to login and update your new website with no web design knowledge or software, all you will need is an internet connection. This means you are able to add/delete pages, post news, update results, add/delete photos, upload videos and update website text instantly all from the comfort of your own home. You will not be required to contact us to service the site for you. However, if you find it difficult to update the website on your own we are always here to help. Included in the monthly service cost is the option to email us the new information and allow us to maintain the website for you on all updates or just selected updates.
If updates are not made to a website then traffic to the website will start to slow down, traffic to your website is just as important to your business as it is to ours. We feel it's very important to make updating your site as easy and affordable as possible.
In comparison to other design firms who charge maintenance on your website by the hour and it is usually between $40-$250 per hour. Not only is that expensive in a very short period of time but you the customer will have no idea how much work they actually put into it. The worst part of the whole agreement is you will also have no idea what a website will cost to update or you will have to get a quote every time you want to update your site. We listen to our customers and they have asked for a flat rate with unlimited updates as well as a way to update the site themselves, we have delivered.
Maintenance does not start until the site is released to the public, usually via an official press release and/or social media or 2 months after the site is published to the web. Logo design, advertisement banner design and wallpaper design are not included in monthly maintenance. The writing and releasing of press releases to media outlets are also excluded with the exception of new website press releases which have always been free. Graphic design is also an additional cost with the exception of an entire new website design to be used once per year. Graphic design has been used on a very limited basis as you will see if given you browse our graphics portfolio.
